Dr. A S Durga Prasad has over three decades of extensive experience in public issues as advisors, underwriters, and brokers. He has been involved in technology evaluation, project reports, funding arrangements, post-funding monitoring, NCD funding, advisors to public issues, inter-corporate deposit arrangements, revival strategy for sick units, rehabilitation of sick units, and debt restructuring. He was appointed on the special committee for professional colleges regarding fees structure by Govt. of India under orders from the Supreme Court.
Dr. A S Durga Prasad mainly focuses on the revival of sick companies and those under incipient sickness. Moreover, he specializes in identifying early warning signals and helping the management monitor them on a month-on-month basis. Besides, his skills include aligning performance monitoring, cost management, and budgetary control systems to financial reporting. Also, he actively participates in audit committee meetings to sensitize independent directors on crucial business strategies followed by client companies.
Furthermore, his prime focus is on non-statutory consulting, mainly designing MIS, cost accounting systems, performance management systems, budgetary control systems, private equity, and venture capital funding. A management accountant by qualification, Srinivasan Narayanan has been in the industry for over 40 years. Srinivasan Narayanan began his career as an entrepreneur in 1998 when he joined Swell Financial Services in Hyderabad. His vision is building competence to create a world of excellence. Srinivasan Narayanan has worked in Hindustan Monarch Pvt. Ltd., an automotive chain manufacturing unit in Hyderabad; Indian Potash Ltd., an all-India joint-sector fertilizer import and distribution company in Hyderabad; Duncan Agro-Industries Ltd, a leaf tobacco exporting company in Guntur; Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation, a state-run development financial institution in Hyderabad; SOL Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a bulk drug and formulations manufacturing company in Hyderabad.
At Ajaya Kumar Associates in Hyderabad, Srinivasan Narayanan has done management consulting. He joined Propart Solutions India Pvt.
